Our search for the ideal candidate varies depending on the nature of the role, but in general we use some of the following methods:

- We actively scout potential candidates currently working at other companies who may be worth approaching.
- We keep up to date with our global network of contacts, receiving recommendations of ideal candidates for the role.
- We advertise our clients vacancies across multiple platforms and employ the services of professional copywriters to create adverts tailored towards attracting the best talent.

As I’m sure you can imagine by this point we have a lot of interested candidates, it’s down to us to thoroughly screen them and select the perfect people for our clients roles.

We only submit the cream of the crop and strongest fitting candidates to be considered for interview by our clients.

With this in mind we always provide custom profiles along with the CVs of each candidate we recommend, in which we highlight beneficial skills and characteristics for the role as well as areas the candidate is not as strong.
We arrange all interviews around our clients schedules, acting as a liaison between you and your selected candidates and ensuring the recruitment process runs as smoothly as possible.
Whether successful or unsuccessful we keep everyone informed, following up with candidates post interview to provide feedback where necessary and preventing anyone from feeling let down by us or our clients.
